How to add a Reddit account to the FS Poster Plugin

Option 1: Use the FS Poster Standard App to add your account;

Option 2: Create your personal App and add your accounts using the personal App;

1. Use the FS Poster Standard App to add your account.

Please follow the steps below to add your Reddit accounts:

- Go to FS Poster > Accounts > Reddit menu;

- Click the ADD ACCOUNT button. It will use the Standard App by default and that App is hidden. You do not need to check the “Use a custom App”, if you do not have one;

- Click the "GET ACCESS" button, and authorize your Reddit account;

- After adding the account, you can add subreddits by clicking the Add Subreddit button.

- Activate your accounts and subreddits to share posts.

2. Create your personal App and add your accounts using the personal App

- Go to the Reddit Developers page, and scroll down to click the Create an app button.

- On the opened window, enter a name for the App according to your business or website;

- Select the Web App option, enter the required fields, and click the Create App button below;

- You can copy your website callback URL from the FS Poster APP menu > Reddit tab:

- That is all. Your App will be created, and you can copy the App ID and Secret key:

- Go to the FS Poster APP menu > Reddit tab to add your App to the plugin;

- Then go to the FS Poster Accounts menu > Reddit tab;

- Click the ADD ACCOUNT button, select the App method, check the “Use a custom App”, select your App from the select box, click the "GET ACCESS" button, and authorize your Reddit account;

- After adding the account, you can add subreddits by clicking the Add Subreddit button.

- Activate your accounts and subreddits to share posts.
